Three (3) Principles of GOOOH...
What is GOOOH? "The short answer: GOOOH is a NON-Partisan Process to select and elect the US House of Representatives!
It is GOOOH's intention to have all Parties (Republican, Democrat, Independent, Green, etc) use this grassroots process in 2012 -- AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Patriots, committed to the Constitution of our Founding Fathers, will use this strategic solution in order to reclaim our Republic. Participation in this process will identify true Patriots to be our Citizen Legislators--not the self-serving, often corrupt middlemen of any Political Party.
Whether a scholar of our Constituion or merely a survivor of 5th Grade American History, it is generally agreed that the governing document for our great country has withstood the perils of time with no change to the basic structure of the three (3) branches of government and its careful attention to the Balance of Power.

Moving on from the History lesson to the three (3) principles of GOOOH:
Each of these principles involves a written CONTRACT between each Citizen Legislator and ALL of the citizens who participate in each of our 435 Congressional Districts. Following is more detail that may help answer questions or explain more fully.
Accountability:
Every citizen participating in the GOOOH process will complete a questionnaire that requires thoughtful, educated responses to 100 "issues of the day." GOOOH's participants will declare whether they are "for or against" each issue. All citizens are encouraged to participate in the selection process, thereby offering the most comprehensive representation possible. The completed questionnaire then becomes the participant's individual platform and if they are selected to advance through this repetitive process they will ultimately be endorsed by GOOOH to run for office in their District and, as such, will truly represent the citizens of that District.
It is the intention of GOOOH to have all Parties: red, blue or independent use this process. The person selected, when elected by this bold new process, will sign their candidate questionnaire as a contract with the citizens of that District. GOOOH will report back to the constituents, via the internet, how their Representative votes vs. theirdocumented/contractual position.
Term Limits:
Each House of Representative elected through this process must sign a contract with their constituents that they will not run for more than 2 terms. In theory this is legally binding, but in practice it is more important that we elect men and women of honor. IF they coose to violate that contract, we fire them! Principled, successful Representatives who are true statesmen should move on to the Senate or return home to their real job. The House of Representatives was never intented to be the "Elite Club" of today's Congress!
Remove Special Interest Money:
Again, there will be a signed contract from each Citizen Legislator pledging not to accept money (including personal money) from anyone but GOOOH. GOOOH will fund all GOOOH endorsed candidates, assuring the candidate is committed to "we, the people" of their District and to no other entity or interested party or group.
While GOOOH will accept donations throughout the process, the solicitation for funding will come in the fall of 2011 as we begin the process of selecting candidates across our nation. At that time, GOOOH will request a $100 dollar contribution from each of the grassroots participants--people like you and me! Unfortunately, the 2 parties will spend Billions on the next election cycle and 90+% will come from Special Interests and PACs.
As a national effort GOOOH will not need billions, but citizens like yourself we be ask to participate. It is estimated that as we market this bold grassroots process our numbers will quickly grow to 5 million participants and donors. It is from this fund that GOOOH will finance the campaign of any Republican, Democrat, Independent, etc. candidate to run against the incumbent in their district primary. The GOOOH endorsed candidate will commit to this process and signs the three (3) contracts.
